As of October 21, 2025, employees working under the SP (Special Pass) must ensure their applications are processed before the expiry date. Failure to do so will result in hefty penalties!

Here are the penalties for SP applications not processed within 90 days:

• 1–30 days late: RM30 per day
• 31–60 days late: RM1,000
• 61–90 days late: RM2,000
